     Kathryn Segura's interest in cosmetics led her to studying theatrical make-up in college. After graduating, she was asked to join the make-up union, thus beginning her career as a professional make-up artist in TV and film. Kathryn continued on to "high fashion" make-up, traveling and working all over Europe with Lancôme, Paris ® as her sponsor.

      Although offered the chance to pursue her career in "high fashion" make-up in New York City, she returned home to California, eventually pursuing a different passion, her love of animals. Not long after embarking on her new career as an animal trainer, PHD Animals was born. Equipped with her own Animal Rental Company, Kathryn handled and trained every creature imaginable, from cats to dogs, horses to zebras, and yes, even Lions, Tigers and Bears. Proving successful in this arena as well, Kathryn has compiled a resume chock full of experience in print work, TV shows and series, commercials and major motion pictures, such blockbuster hits "Tin Cup" and "There's Something About Mary", plus many more.
